By using Applify's Chrome extension and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Applify provides a Chrome browser extension that helps users autofill job application forms and generates AI-powered responses to application questions. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information in job applications
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to spam or harass employers

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate suggested answers to application questions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before submission
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You should not submit AI-generated content as your own original work without review

Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to Applify Pro:

• You will be billed according to your chosen plan (monthly or yearly)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Applify and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or result in job offers or interviews.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
